What can a drone roof inspection show?
Visible issues such as missing or damaged tiles and slates, ridge and mortar problems, chimney and flashing defects, gutter and fascia issues, and flat roof wear.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
Attendance arrangements depend on the property and the inspection. Please tell us about access when you enquire so we can confirm what is needed.
How quickly will I receive my images?
Timing depends on the inspection and report requested. Please ask when enquiring and we’ll confirm the expected turnaround.
Can you give a second opinion on a roofing quote?
Yes. We provide independent visual assessments to help you understand what is visible and consider whether proposed work appears justified.
Does a drone inspection replace a full structural survey?
No. Our inspections are visual assessments of what can be seen from the air. They do not replace a structural or internal survey where one is needed.
